Your satisfaction is very important, so we offer this guarantee: if within 30 days of receiving your order you are not 100% delighted with the quality of your printing (ie. if it's not as good as or better quality than the best printers in Australia), we will print your order again or refund your money - your choice.

We're sure you'll understand that it wouldn't be fair to extend this guarantee to incorrectly entered information or paper or colour choices. But - even if you made an error (typing in the incorrect info, etc etc), please contact us anyway on +613 9642 5999. We can usually offer you a corrected reprint at a steeply discounted price, because we would like to ensure that you are happy.

To activate the guarantee, just send back all your printing (use registered mail or courier) to:
